Feeling Resistance? It’s OK…. This exercise most likely will feel awkward to you at first… It’s a perfect gift of insight you can process and look at. Most people cry or feel strong emotion because it can be the complete opposite of what they have been telling themselves or believing for such a long time.
Please, please, please… Commit to doing this EVERYDAY. Just like learning to do anything (tying your shoes, learning to walk, or ANYTHING) you get to bypass the awkward, and create results.
SUGGESTIONS FOR SUCCESS
Start with the 3 statements and allow yourself to implement more and more of utilizing the mirror. Get a small hand held mirror so you can go into a personal safe space, use in the car, at work, or in any moment to assist you in shifting your experience, and getting to the core consciousness.
A great goal would to eventually start and end your day with the mirror, allowing you to begin your day with love for yourself as well as end your day with this exercise to really take effect on your core consciousness throughout the night.

SOME ADDITIONAL THINGS FOR YOU TO WORK ON
Use the mirror to re-affirm to yourself the intentions / affirmations / creations that you want to experience. Speak your Intentions and Actions for the next day or current day with "I Am's", as if you already have it
Speak the New Beliefs you are focusing on
