Better Body Bootcamp is an online fitness, nutrition and mindset plan for women that just want to feel better in their bodies.


This year has been the year that has chewed us up and spat us out of the other end and let's face it..... keeping it all together hasn't always been easy and it's common that your health and fitness is often the first thing that goes out of the window. I know you are busy trying to juggle work, family life and probably if you are following me then working on keeping up with your self development too. But I know you now have less time than ever before whilst navigating working from home, dealing with a global pandemic, your motivation is constantly wavering. I hear you,  BUT I got you girl and I am here to bring you back up and that starts with your body.


I truly believe you are beautiful and amazing just as you are, you don't actually 'need' to change anything. Yet I know you just want to feel the best you can in the skin you are in. Your body is a reflection of how well you take care of yourself, and you are worthy of giving your body loving care and attention. No matter how busy you are already, better health, more energy and a body that feels good to be in is totally achievable with effective movement sessions, simple nutrition tweaks and lifestyle habits can get you feeling good in your body once again.

Megan So final weigh in done. Shed 11lbs and 7.5 inches in the last 4 weeks 😁 I am so chuffed especially after looking at the pics because you can see a difference! But like Emma said, I am more happy about how my mindset has changed. Already started to think about meals for the week and got a workout planned for tomorrow 😁 This new me is here to stay!! Tthanks for all the inspiration!

Denise Almond  Feeling so much brighter Sleeping much better ( didn’t get up in the night last night - first time in a long time ) Didn’t manage as much water yesterday so goal for today to make sure I get more water in. Down to 1 coffee a day 👍

Here’s what you’ll get when you sign up to the 28 day Better Body Bootcamp

#1 The Fitness

It can be tough to stick with a regular routine with your workouts especially if you struggle with the motivation to workout from home.


On the Better Body Bootcamp you will get 3 x 30 minute live Zoom workout sessions with me.


Sessions are Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at two available time slots 6am or 8am GMT.


All sessions will be recorded if you can't make them live. They get posted in the group so you have full access to an exercise catalogue.








#2 The Nutrition
80 % of your results will come from what you put into your mouth yet I know for many people this can form the most confusing part.

On the Better Body Bootcamp we will be looking at simplifying this area to give you step by step guidelines to help you create the perfect diet for YOU as an individual.

Afterall, the best diet in the world is the one that you can stick with for the long term.

We will be debunking the diet fads and myths and sharing the most up to date information and delivering it bite sizes pieces (pun intended) so that it can easily be applied to you and your busy life. Taking out the guesswork and giving you a step by step approach to your eating habits and lifestyle behaviours.
#3 Mindset
Your happier healthier body is dependant on the fitness, nutrition and lifestyle but also even more importantly your mindset.

The power of your mindset is often an element that get's overlooked in most diet plans yet is one of the key components to your success.

We will be tapping into your habits, behaviours and subconscious patterns that may have been holding you back in the past.

Learn why you struggle to stick with diets in the past and learn more about yourself and how you can overcome it.



Q&A's

I don't have much room at home. Will I still be able to do the workouts?

Yes. The workouts are designed to be performed in a very small space and you don't need any special equipment, just a mat.


Do I need any equipment?

It's not essential, options will be given for each exercise. If you have some available such as hand weights there will be options to use them.


How will I received all of the information?

Once you sign up via the payment link you will be added to our email list. You will get a series of emails to guide you though the exact steps to take. You will also get access to our private Bootcamp members only Facebook group. In here you will get all of the daily tips, support and have a space to ask questions and of course be held accountable. This is an amazing space of positive amazing women who are all there to support you every step of the way.

I haven't exercised in a while, am I going to be fit enough to do this?

Absolutely, we have members of all levels even complete beginners. There will be lots of options given during each of the sessions.

Serial entrepreneur, multiple business owner, wife, mother of two crazy energetic kids, and two more dogs.
 

I have been helping women lose weight and find enjoyment in exercise for the last 15 years, literally my whole life since graduating with a degree in sports science way back when.


Since then I have taught every fitness class going (including pole fitness which I am missing right now) and I have run my own fitness studio (ECN- Bodyworks) and weight loss program (Metabolic Makeover) both of which I sold when moving over France.​


I now run an online health and lifestyle coaching program with a focus on mindfulness and helping women to love the body they are in, moving away from diet and restriction and empowering you to make healthier choices with more ease, and I am fusing these approaches to bring you the online Better Body 4 week online Bootcamp.
