I really love using September as the next best thing to New Year to reset your goals and intentions as we move into the final part of the year. I know where has this year gone right?? How’s it been for you so far? is it flying by for you too??
I think this is the thing. The older we get the faster time seems to fly by and why I think it’s so damn important to make every moment count by making damn sure that you are clear, have inspiration and direction about the things you want to have in your life and taking the steps to make sure they happen.
But not only in setting the goals, but also making sure that your time spent pursuing those goals is actually enjoyable too. Because if you hate every freaking moment, then what is the point in it all. The point of life is to have fun and enjoy it right??
And this is why I love these tools. They allow me to be able to get up each morning and go through my day feeling inspired and excited by life and the endless possibilities, to go out and do things that are continually pushing the boundaries of what is comfortable for you. This is where your confidence begins to grow, but also your fulfillment as you gain a sense of what you are doing in your life matters. It matters to you, the people around you and the world as a whole
So what we are going to do in step one, Magnify Your Best Life, a visualisation to open up your consciousness to your deeper dreams and desires. This is not about forcing yourself to think anything but really just allowing your mind to wander. No judgments, no barriers, just follow my words and notice what comes up for you.
This is allowing yourself to tap into something from within. Letting go of internal judgements and opinions that may have influenced your past decisions and now tapping into becoming the person that you were always meant to be where you experience the joy each day of truly being and loving being you.
If you can also have a blank piece of paper and a pen, you don’t need them until the end but just have them ready. Also if you have headphones, it’s a great way to be able to tune into this. I’ll give you a few moments to go and get that if you don’t have them.
So take yourself somewhere you can be quiet and still and have about 30 minutes, if you have headphones then put them on and watch the video below.
Now I want you to take your piece of paper and split it into 4, or in a brain dump style have 4 titles, Body, Career, relationships, Self. Or if you don’t already have your copy of the dream life map I talk about, you can get that HERE for free
You are now going to jot down in the different categories the things that came up for you.
When you thought about your body. Your health, your workouts, the foods you eat, how you felt in your body, how that allowed you to show up as you go through your day.
Then with yourself – What were you learning, experiencing, your confidence and how you were showing up and holding yourself, your knowledge. The holidays, the experiences, the house, the location
The relationships – Who were you with, what were you doing together, what were you doing for fun. The connection, how did you feel around those people. Family friends?
Then the career – Where was the passion? The purpose? What was the work that you loved? How much money were you earning? What did you feel excited to be doing more of?
Anything that you noticed, from physical things, to thoughts, feelings, emotions, sounds, smells. Tap into every sense and recognise it

Now don’t worry if you struggled to see much at all. Like anything this is a practice and the more often you do this the easier it becomes to start expanding that vision. Over time it becomes more fun, it becomes clearer. Some things will shift, some things keep on showing up time and time again and get more intense. Those are the things that start to become your priority focuses.
So don’t think of this as a one off practice that you never revisit ever again. If you do that, then it’s nothing more than a nice relaxing visualisation. If you want to harness the power of this as a tool for manifesting and actually turning that vision into your real life then consider re-visiting it daily. I now practice this in some way shape or form most days. It’s what allows me to wake up and take BIG actions each and every day. It’s part of my morning routine, which is a whole other training that’s part of my 90 day coaching experience. I truly believe that when you change your morning, you change your life and visualisation is just an element of that.
