We all want to feel like we have accomplished something in our day right?? That sweet feeling of satisfaction when you know you have a kick as productive day.
You know, like when you have eaten well, drank your water, you got in a workout, had a really good outcome at work, ticked a few items off your to do list all while managing to keep the kids alive.
Yeah!!! Those moments you feel like you can take on the whole world right??
But I also know they can be few and far between, life is busy and full of distractions leading to procrastination, fear and self doubt, all killers of your Wonder Woman persona.
So how can we have more of the days where we get sh!t done and feel on fire more of the time?
And this is not about being busier, but more about becoming more effective in all that you do. To become more effective with your workouts, your eating habits, your mindset, your time management.
The first and biggest thing I feel that is stopping so many of us in our tracks is that we simply have to stop comparing ourselves to others.
We are all so beautifully unique and individual and what works for one person could be a complete disaster for another.
I don’t know about you, but I notice times where I will compare myself to others on almost a daily basis and it’s something I work on keeping in check, especially with the amount of time we spend on the internet, social media, watching the news or reading glossy magazines which are rife with glamorous pics and stories of making us feel like we just don’t quite measure up. And that feeling sucks!!
So instead of comparison, start to look at yourself, go within, discover and get to know yourself better than before.
Look at what makes you unique, lean into your inner weirdo and embrace it, it’s what makes you so special.
Find your own rhythm and flow, when are you most energized, when do you perform best in your day? Are you an early bird or a night owl?
What are your strengths? What are you good at, what do you enjoy, what makes you feel like you are thriving? Identify the things that you struggle with and commit to getting support with those areas.
I know for many of you asking for help doesn’t come easy, but there is no shame in not being good at everything. It just frees you up to spend more time on the things you are good at which will actually allow you to get more done.
So stop looking outside, the answers improving your life are not there.

I’m super excited to share this with you in a live session where you will have the opportunity to get live feedback, coaching and the opportunity to ask your questions to transform your journaling process into an incredibly powerful yet easy to use tool that will become the number one thing that you can use to improve yourself and your life.
