It ain’t pretty, I’m often interrupted by a wilful nearly 3 year old BUT weighted hiit sessions are fast becoming my favourite type of workout, talk about sweat.

This workout was with a 15lb rucksack 50s work 10s rest x 4:
– Deep squat extra weight 40lb
– Push ups
– Bulgarian split squat with shoulder press
– Rows
– Chest to floor burpies
– Plank with leg raise

Getting prepped for @spartanraceuk HH4H this weekend at Aston Down. I can’t bloody wait!!
