Hill sprints, god awful things, never get any easier and I always find can be a little disheartening because I never feel the improvements at the time. It’s struggle, it’s a fight and it’s a mental battle to keep pushing yourself when everything hurts and you can’t breathe.
BUT it’s when you get back to doing a pace run you start to feel the benefits.
So just a little reminder today, to keep on showing up, keep on doing the work you are progressing you are growing one baby step at a time.
