But while most milk chocolate is very high sugar and can leave your insulin levels spiked and just craving more.
This recipe instead will leave you feeling delightfully satisfied because of the avocado’s high fat content. This one is always a hit with clients and on our retreats, plus it’s super easy to do.
And if you have never tried it before, just go with it, I know it doesn’t sound great but it tastes amazing.
1/2 cup organic maple syrup
2 large ripe avocados
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
1/2 cup raw cacao
