Things To STOP Doing In 2017

So as the New Year is very almost upon us what are you going to create for the year ahead?

 

So often we see people make promises of the New Year, New You and all that Jazz.

 

But what will you actually do differently this year to make it a reality??

 

From my experience along my own journey of self development and the coaching clients that I work with there is one BIG thing that that differentiates those who actually do go out and create the life that they want and those that just let another year pass them by.

 

Pass by wishing they had the balls to go and do whatever it is that their hearts are yearning for

 

The ones who make the real changes are those that make the choice to stop searching outside of themselves and instead turn the focus to the self.

 

You see working on the self allows you to give more, be more, do more and have more.

 

So decide what you want your life to look like and start living it as if you already had all that you want.

 

So stop:

 

Getting drawn in by negative people, stop comparing yourself and your life to other peoples highlight reel, stop judging and hating on yourself and your body, stop feeling guilty about your decisions, stop punishing yourself, learn the lessons from your fuck ups and use them to create change, stop waiting for the perfect time, stop judging others, stop worrying about things you have no control over, stop worrying about what other people think of you, stop holding on to thoughts feelings or things that are no longer serving you, stop ,limiting yourself.

 

Instead

 

Give more, love more, smile more, get excited, do things that scare you, be brave, believe in yourself, remain committed even when things don’t go your way, explore life, explore the world, discover new activities, new people, new places, start being nicer to yourself, eat to fuel and nourish your body, move your body, listen to your body, get to know yourself better, tune in and do more of the things that make you tick, trust your instincts, trust the process learn more, read more, decide you are going to BE more.

 

Realise that you are free to have and be all that you want, there are no limits and anything is possible.

 

Fitness, Food and Adventure are all part of this ethos and what I am sharing on next years retreats which I am beyond excited about as an unforgettable experiences of a lifetime.
