If it feels good then you are doing it right.

Most of the time we stumble through life wondering if we are doing it right, questioning and judging ourselves. My general rule is if it feels good then keep on doing it.

Had sooo much fun playing on the rings for today’s workout where my eldest joined I and the youngest screamed for the most of it.

This felt fun and enjoyed finding my balance and now to work on more control and extending to full shoulder stand.
