Today was a fairly short and to the point workout as had to get it in quick before getting Clayton as 1/2 day at school and now broken up for 2 weeks.
So I did super sets of
Chin ups
Pistol squats 4 X 6
Push ups
Back extensions 4 X 20
Then a quick finisher
Jump squats x10
Burpies X 10
Jump lunges X 10 each leg
Mountain climbers X 10
Repeat for 4 rounds done!!
