Tone Your Booty, Legs And Butt Home Workout

I know how busy so many of you are and sometimes life shows up and throws you a curve ball, all your training plans go out of the window, you can’t get down to the gym and you just feel completely overwhelmed with the amount of stuff you ‘want’ to be doing but there just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day.

 

Being able to have access to short workouts that carry a lot of bang for their buck goes a long way in just allowing you to get your body moving and get back into the mindset of feeling more ‘on track’ all in just 10-15 minutes.

 

The amazing power of feeling like you have got your shit together just comes with little baby steps.

 

The way to crush overwhelm is just by taking a step back and asking yourself.

 

What one single thing will have the biggest impact in being able to make you feel like your getting your focus back??

 

I have many tools that help me re-gain my mojo, but the biggest and my most favourite one is just to get my sweat on.

 

I have been so busy with the move and even now while we are here in France there is a lot going on.

 

We literally haven’t stopped since we got here, so and so these short workouts have allowed me to maintain my fitness levels and feel as though I’m still doing my bit.

 

So here we go. This is a legs and Butt session using the bench.

 

If you don’t have access to a bench then a step will work too though slightly easier on all exercises bar the pistol squat.

 

To make the workout easier just decrease the range of movement and increase range and rounds over time as you get stronger and fitter.

Always focus on good form keeping a straight back and abdominals engaged.

 

And never forget to have some fun with it.

 

Get on some banging tunes and go for it.

 

Get the kids or the hubby to join in

 

Don’t forget to stretch after too, your legs are going to feel this one in the morning.

 

And it goes without saying that for best results you also want to clean up your nutrition, be drinking plenty of water and reducing your stress levels.
