Is it just me?

No you know I am into the whole mindfulness
thing, but today I got to thinking about, is
it just me??

Everywhere I look it seems more people are
getting in on the game.

You see this is down to what I am attracting.

What you think about, you bring about

I see more of it each and every day and I
love it.

Just today one of my clients who is studying
to be a mental health nurse sent me some
super awesome links on mindfulness and well
being.

It’s now being used by the NHS to help treat
mental health issues and also in schools.

See this is the thing.

It fucking WORKS!!!!!

Mindfulness and meditation can actually
change you brain and heal your life.

It can also be applied to dieting and healthy
living too.

I know that just like me you have probably
been on EVERY diet going right??

And after diet after diet are you where you
want to be with your body?

Are you happy with your body?

Do you love what you see when you look in the
mirror?

I see women that feel complete hatred at
themselves, which then leads to a crash diet
of restriction and almost serves to
punishment and only actually makes you feel
more fucking miserable.

So why are you STILL doing it??

Isn’t it time that you tried something
different.

The definition of insanity is doing the same
thing over and over and expecting a different
result.

Crash dieting, then when can’t hack it
anymore you NEED food you only end up pissed
off at yourself for being so weak willed.

At least I know that has been my experience
in the past.

Let me say this again.

Crash diets DO NOT work for long term health
and happiness.

If you want to live in a better body it all
starts with YOU!!!

The results we have in life and within our
bodies are a direct result of the thoughts we
think, the word we say and every action we
take.

You DO have the power to create what ever you
truly desire but the truth is most of us
don’t even scratch the surface.

The is the reason that most people don’t get
what they want.

19 out of 20 dieters will FAIL

Fail time and time again.

And the reason is that you aren’t going in
deep to discover the real root causes for
your actions.

What EXACTLY is it that is causing you to
sabotage over and over again?

I’ve been there for years.

Starting, sabotaging, starting again, fucking
it up again and wanting to give up.

Both with my body and my business.

Mindfulness has been a complete game changer
for me and it’s shaping the way we deliver
our programs as it creates such a difference
in the results we get with our members.

This is not simply about losing weight, this
is about you finding happiness and living a
life that you truly love in a body that feels
awesome and that you love.

Being full of energy, enjoying and
experiencing life to the max.

Hell YES!!!

It ALL starts with YOU.

The simplest way to start practicing more
mindfulness is through meditation.

Again this is now something that I love to
practice regularly and have noticed such a
big shift in my own results and my own peace
and happiness.
